Task Managers
will be
responsible for coordinating the activities within and the timely
completion of their specific task. They will interact with the Team
Leaders and they will monitor the training and research aspects of
the appointed ESRs/ERs. Any problems will be communicated to the
Network Co-ordinator, Deputy Network Co-ordinator and the Advisory
Board. They will also organise meetings with the specific contractors
involved to chart the progress and co-ordinate the activities of
their tasks. They will be assisted by Deputy Task Managers selected
from among the appointed ERs.
