will be in charge of all aspects of the training and research of the ESR/ER appointed at their institute, including their mobility, developing an individual Career Development Plan, and other mentoring and tutoring aspects. They will report these activities to the Network Training Co-ordinator. The Team Leader will also be responsible for the completion of the milestones of the research program in time. They will co-ordinate the interaction within each contractor and with the other contractors that work on the same milestone/topic. They will be responsible for the timely publication of their results in scientific journals and ensure that their results are incorporated into the relevant data bases associated with the consortium. They will report progress on these aspects to the relevant Task Manager(s) and the Network Co-ordinator.
